Welcome to the New Phoenix Project, we are a variety of quality adult-based Independent living homes, also known as independent living communities. Our homes are designed for a variation of adults who are capable of managing their own lives independently. We offer maintenance-free housing in beautiful community settings with plans of providing amenities and services to greatly enhance your quality of life. As we expand our communities will feature various housing types, from single family houses to townhomes and villas, and may include on-site gyms, dining, housekeeping, and social activities amongst other betterments.
